  • In Technology, Nancy worked with Dimensional Insight to build a new distribution channel for their Diver Solution which is a set of Business Intelligence reporting and analytics tools and services. These tools now dominate in highly regulated industries like alcohol beverages and health care.

  • Taking Gordon’s Gin and Vodka from 2.5 million cases to 5 million cases in two years.
  • O’Darby’s Irish Cream was selling about 3,000 cases a year before Berkowitz restructured the brand’s business plan. The results speak for themselves because in three years the brand grew to 80,000 cases and was subsequently bought by a competitor.
  • Revamping a tired hard to pronounce product like Deinhart Beerenauslese and modernizing it to “BA” repackaging and targeting new consumers led the brand to 30,000 cases sold year one.
